Good news
- Initial test was good.
- The control board had no complaints.
- Wire run double check was good.
- Test ride was short and no signs of over heating.
Bad news
- two cells were showing wrong values when view with app
- wire test performed again and nothing wrong found
- battery was re-installed and then the 3 yellow blinks happened.
- original batter re-installed and error was gone.
The next steps
- Check all BMS wires
- Rework pack configuration on a jig to remove wrapped shape
- Switch to another wire type a 22 gauge, but this a thinner jacket
