After much measuring and ordering and ordering wrong, I managed to assemble enough parts for my tire changing mod. The last of the parts needed arrived and with little time to waste, I made my cuts and started to weld up the pieces. However, my under powered welding machine was not helped by my haste and unsteady hands. At least this is 75% done and test fitted up good enough. The bolt holes and some final finish welds should bring this to the point I can actually dismount and mount a tire. When finally completed, the final bill will be around $100 in metal and almost enough left over to make another one.
