Ugly duck but it works

The first official duty of the duck bill attachment was to swap out the tires that had deeply worn down shoulders thanks to the failed new control arms... that I paid someone to professionally install.

Luckily, I had two left over tires from the "multiple flat tire" incidents and that was one tire with only one hole and one that escaped any holes, but they are the exact same model tires.  Installing on alloy rims was easy as well the dismounting went smoothly too.  To use the original pry bar and technique of pushed it would take almost twenty minutes a tire just top remove.

The duck attachment cuts the time down to about a minute and a greatly reduced risk of pinching the bead and damaging the rims.

Rusty rims are a different challenge.  It took a lot of tire lube, but the pre-sanding the rusty rim edge was the critical strategy to allow the bead to slide.
